I can't find rose rice. I'm assuming I can substitute sushi rice in most recipes. Specifically, I'm looking at Heather's Banana Pecan Breakfast Rice Pudding.

Yes - any short grain white rice will work - sushi rice is perfect (Rose rice is actually just a brand of sushi rice).

Hello:

I find arborio rice works beautifully in Heather's rice pudding recipe. Love it.
