This may have already been covered, but I can't remember reading anything about it. Is honey safe, since it is fat-free? Or is it a trigger, I need a little flavor for my oatmeal, and honey does it. I have not noticed to be a trigger. But I also do no eat it in large quantities

It should be fine. Honey in large quantities can have a laxative effect, but just sweetening oatmeal or a cup of tea or something shouldn't cause problems at all.
