I AM HAVING TROUBLE DIGESTING EGGBEATERS. IN COOKING THEY SEEM AOKAY, BUT HAVING THEM IN AS AN OMELETTE, THEY DON'T SEEM TO AGREE WITH ME . Would organic eggs work any better for me? Also, what is all this about different kinds of ibs, ibs-c or d?

Hi - Go ahead and try just plain old organic egg whites and see how they work for you. Make sure for omelettes and such you're using a non-stick pan with just a little cooking oil spray, and not using melted butter or adding cheese to the omelette.

IBS-C just means constipation-predominant, and IBS-D means diarrhea-predominant. Some people are one or the other, some people alternate between the two.

Best,
Heather
