Yoga--a great decision!

Last night I went to my second yoga class, and I have to say that making the decision (finally--I've been procrastinating because it seemed so new and scary) to do this class has been a wonderful thing. I feel 100% better, more relaxed (but very sore---whoa the pain), and I've been sleeping better! Yippee! I take the class once a week, but I found the poses so helpful that I'm going to invest in a mat and practice between classes.
The info on this site, and the great stories from everyone are what prompted me to do this, and I'm grateful.  I feel like a whole new person.

Hi there, I just got a tape at the library and it's great. You are right I am sore today! My husband thought it was all stretching but when I showed him a few poses he almost fell over because they were so hard to hold. It was quite a sight to see.
