Heather ~ Amazon is sold out of the David Swenson Yoga Video. I found four DVDs they have that are by Richard Freeman. Are you familiar with these and could you suggest either the Yoga w/ Richard Freeman: Ashtanga Primary Series DVD or Yoga w/Richard Freeman: An Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga DVD I have done yoga before in fact regularly until about 2 years ago so I do have some experience with yoga.
Thank you so much! PS- I just found your book yesterday and this is the FIRST DAY in over a year that I have woken up without gas and bloating and now it is 3:20 in the afternoon and I am not even aware of my gut at all...THANK YOU!!!

Hi - Welcome to the board! I'm not familiar with the Richard Freeman tapes - I don't know how they'd compare. I have the David Swenson first series, and he has an advanced series tape, and honestly I cannot even imagine how difficult that must be. I'd like to get his tape with the 15, 30, and 45 minute routines (the one I have just has a 1 hour 15 minute routine - and it is brutal). I guess I'd pick the easier Freeman tape to start - ashtanga is really intense and a hard workout. The Swenson tape I have is comparable to the ashtanga classes I had, and they left me like a limp towel.
David Swenson does have a website - and I believe he sells the tapes through the site.
Maybe other folks are familiar with the Freeman tapes?
Happy to hear you're feeling better!
Best, Heather
