Okay, I just luurrrve Heather's Cinnamon Apple Zucchini Bread, but as it's got loads of sugar in it, it's impossible on WW....so, any ideas for more low-cal breads? I really miss having something tasty, easy and safe like this to have at breakfast.

I'll do some looking for you. What is the reason you stay away from sugar and is there anything you can substitute for it?

Oh, I'm just trying to lose weight. Sugar is fine, but not too much or it uses up all my WW points!

You can leave out the sugar altogether for that one. You might also just try decreasing the sugar in your favorite recipes, and see if you can find a good balance between taste/texture and lower sugar. Might work well!

Oh, O.K. I'll check in my books this week for some low sugar breads. There are some good ones if you google search for them.

I know Belinda has made Heather's banana bread without sugar and she said she liked it a lot!

Linz, I know you're trying to reduce your sugar intake and I just stumbled across this recipe (and adapted it, of course) so I thought I'd share:
SUGARLESS BANANA MUFFINS
1 c. Quick Quaker oats 1 c. mashed, very ripe banana 1/2 c. soy or rice milk 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg substitute, beaten 3 Tbsp. canola oil 3/4 c. whole wheat flour (or white or some of each, depending on what you can tolerate) 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 º F. Line muffin tins with foil cups (or spray tins with non-stick spray). Stir oats, banana, milk, egg and oil together. In separate bowl mix remaining dry ingredients together. Combine both mixtures just until mixed. Pour into lined muffin tins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
