Hen w/e & wedding

Okay, as yawl know, I'm getting hitched soon. I'm having a hen w/e with my bridesmaids and the Mums in not very long. Then I'm having a pyjama party for all my girlfriends. Then the wedding.
I'm hoping to (if I have time) to make lots of yummy IBS-safe foods for all 3 so I can everything! So suggestions, please! On the list of "wants" already are:
ADBs
Cinnamon Zucchini Bread
Heather's Angel kiss biscuits
Cranberry scones

OOH, what a cool idea! I'd add baked corn chips and different salsas and dips - the roasted mango salsa, guac, black bean dip, etc.

I love Heather's recipes for lemon bread and also her chocolate peppermint bundt cake. Also her maple pie is really sweet but tastes just like pecan pie without the nuts.
