This is one for Heather, I think! In your cookbook you have rose rice, I don't think we have that in Australia, do you have an alternative? Thanks.

Hi - No problem, any short grain white rice will do. Something that's used to make sushi rice is perfect. You're looking for a rice that will cook up a little sticky instead of with separate grains.

We have aborio rice which is used for risotto, would this do?

Well, arborio rice is special, and not the same as an Asian short grain white rice. In a pinch it might work - rice is a pretty flexible ingredient. If you can't find something like sticky rice or sushi rice (check any Asian markets you have) then just use what you've got. You may want to play with adding more or less liquid to the recipe to get the texture right.
