Ive got the Antidepressant brownies in the oven right now for the first time....Our these one of those things that you should only eat a small peice of and only after soluable fiber?? I was just wondering - I havent eaten anything like this in a long time so Im not sure.
They're IBS-friendly brownies - low fat, no triggers, and even some soluble fiber. Doesn't mean you can eat the whole pan (though some of us - not naming names here! ) have been known to. Have for a snack, dessert, on an empty stomach...enjoy!
