Heather, these are absolutely FANTASTIC! Rice Krispy Squares

When I was growing up, Rice Krispy Squares were all the rage with the kids. I never understood why; to me they were just wallpaper paste. When I saw your post, I thought to myself, "Self -- I don't get it!?" Then I got down to the bottom where you threw in COCOA POWDER! THEN I got it! AH-HA!

I just made these, and I can't stop eating them. OMG! They must have zero fat, right? Oh boy oh boy oh boy .... chomp chomp .....

I made these tonight with a little bit of unsweetened cocoa, and they were the best krispy treats I have ever had! My boyfriend gave them rave reviews...and I waited to tell him there was no butter til after he tasted them. He had no idea. Thanks and YUM!!!!! By the way...they are ALL gone

I don't need any encouragement to tinker with the recipe. Drat! I love the regular version (IBS safe, of course) so much it's like there's no off switch.

I made some for Beloved Niece's 2nd birthday party on Saturday. Dyed 'em pink and yellow (hey! she's only 2!) and I don't think any of the daddies let the kids get near 'em! They were gone before I could get more than one (and they were the only IBS friendly food there! ) Oh well... I'll do anything for Beloved Niece!

Anyway, now I'm going to have to try the new versions! Fat-free or not, when I'm fat again you'll all be to blame!
