that's exactly what I did! Oh, I also added red pepper (I'm always trying to find ways to get more veggies) and it was great!

I have this all set to go into the oven and just noticed that this recipe gives 2 different temperatures to cook it. Preheat at 350 but bake at 375.
And can I use frozen chopped spinach? If so, how much?
Can anyone help?
