I've been on this program for 3 months now and am very much enjoying the recipes. I also need to lose weight as I'm 190# so it's also crucial. My cupboard is now full of spices to the point of overflowing LOL. I also made the Chocolate silk pudding which is to 'die' for. My Q is this: can Truvia be used as a sugar replacement? PS I'm still in transition of getting rid of the OTC lax I used for so many years. I'm sure I'm looking at another 3 mos at least. Thank you Mary Ann

unless they've changed their ingredients. Truvia was adding some IBS triggers to the stevia, and that's a problem. Get just plain old stevia by itself instead, and that's safe.
And you are right to take your time transitioning off laxatives gradually - slow and steady is the way to go.

Thanks a lot. That will help me to get off the honey & sugar for weight loss. Thanks for the confirmation on lax too. Sometimes I get a bit discouraged thinking this should all be together by now. Then I look back & realize it hasn't been that long after all
