they may be using lots of dark meat, skin, fat, etc. You want sausages made from lean white meat, no skin. Or use soy sausages like Gimme Lean.

Thanks Heather! I will check that out the next time. I did end up using Alfresca chicken sausage. It was 6 grams of fat and it seemed to agree with me with no problems.Thanks for the information I will pay attention the next time. Thanks!
