I am newly diagnosed with IBS and trying to make the dietary changes, but it's been hard. I thought maybe after the July 4th holiday I would stop craving hot dogs, but no luck. This is probably a stupid question, but does anyone know if there is a tofu or otherwise IBS-friendly version out there? Thanks.

Ball Park brand Smoked White Turkey Franks are very good and I do fine with them.
Enjoy!

Oscar Meyer 98% FatFree hotdogs are also made with lean turkey. I tried them last week and didn't have any problems. The Ballpark ones sound even better, but I can't find any in the stores around here so just thought I'd make the suggestion in case anyone else has had trouble finding them. HTH

I love them grilled or barbecued until they're dark brown and crispy on all sides. On a regular hot dog bun with some ketchup, mayo, and little sauerkraut they are wonderful!!!

I love Morning Star Corn Dogs! All of my store ran out of Corn Dogs! Target had Morning Star products on sale last week. The Corn Dogs all sold out! ACCK I never like Oscar Meyer brand, gives me gas. I had Jennie-o Turkey Dog which is not bad. Also, I tried the Tofu Dogs, its ok.

I was wondering if anyone has found a vegan corn dog, hot dog or sausage that doesn't contain milk. I wanted to try the Morning Star corn dogs and sausages, but after reading the ingredients label I didn't want them anymore.I also looked into the Bocca brand as these are the only two brands I can find and most of their products contain dairy ingredients also . I haven't felt the effects of dairy in a while and frankly I'm not too inclined to try it just right now.

I've had great success with Shelton's uncured chicken and turkey franks (found in the frozen section in Whole Foods). I've have to try the other suggestions as well.

If anyone out there is a big health food nut like me, you should try Applegate Farms hot dogs, they are delicious! There are no nitrates or artificial ingredients and the hot dogs come in all safe beef, turkey or chicken.

That sounds wonderful! I just wish I could find them! Our grocery is the worst when it comes to trying to find IBS friendly foods (and forget healthy!)
