hi, I just got a bag of fine polenta, is this the same as cornmeal and can I use it in this recipe? it says on the back of the bag can be used to make corn bread. Thanks x

I'm actually quite suprised how gorgeous this is, I expected it to be nice but I love it! I added in some ginger and cinnamon to give it a bit of festive spicyness. It reminds me of rice cake in texture and I love rice cake yum I definitley recommend people to try this! thanks Heather

Everyone's talking about how wonderful this is and I always love a good cornbread...
