Hello everyone
I've been on Heather's diet for about a month now and the results have been remarkable- I can go to bed and have a good night's sleep- the pain has been reduced dramatically and the gurgling has improved a lot. Unfortunately I have cut my intake of fruit significantly and I would really like to get back into it and I thought a good way to do that would be to make smoothies. I've been on amazon and there look some really good books, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. Also while all the books looked good none of them contained the macro-nutrient info like Heather gives in her book (carbs, protein, fat) or calories content. A book with this information would be a big bonus. Any ideas folks?
Thanks in advance for having a look.
Kind regards
Tim (UK)

Here is a link to probably the best smoothie book I've ever seen. It has all the nutrition information at the bottom, as well as suggestions on substitutions, and recipes to make your own soy and rice milks! Power Smoothies

Also you could check this site out for some ideas... http://smoothierecipies.net/free-smoothie-recipes.htm They need to be modified for IBS and your own tolerances though. They also do not have macro-breakdowns but you could look up the individual ingredients from these sites... http://www.calorieking.com/ http://www.nutritiondata.com/
