I finally got around to carving pumpkins last night and saved all my seeds so that I could bake them tonight with a little bit of salt. Has anybody had a problem with pumpkin seeds?

They're so delicious, but they're very high in insoluble fiber - it's those tough outer hulls. They're like sunflower seeds. Be really careful - snack on them when you have a pretty full tummy, or after you bake them till crispy, let cool and grind to a powder to use as seasoning. You can coat a fish fillet with them, or sprinkle into dips and such - fabulous for Mexican food recipes.

That's what I figured, but wanted to double check before I brought them in for my co-workers to eat - too bad.
Thanks!
