I,m a diabetic ,I just found out I have IBS need recipes from any one please.

Does anyone out there have recipes for diabetics,who have IBS.  no not confused just trying to get help for recipes for IBS an diabetics. [list]

You might want to see a local dietitian, bring the Eating for IBS guidelines with you, and ask her for suggestions for combining your dietary needs.

My husband has diabetes and he seems to be doing fine with my diet. I think it's actually much healthier than what we were eating before. The only difference is that I probably eat more carbs than he does since those tend to really affect his blood sugar.
