Had a yummy omelet today made of egg beaters, smoked salmon, & finely shopped zucchini... NO CHEESE. I asked for it to be prepared with little or no oil...(I did not see any)
I asked for sourdough toast dry and put on seedless strawberry jam.
I drank lots of water & hot decaf tea (peppermint, apple cinn, & one that was a combo, don't recall the name).
It was a very good meal.... and I did not feel deprived at all.... and the best new is...that was 4-1/2 hours ago and I still feel great!!

with toasted blueberry lemon Great Harvest Bread! Hmmm...how did that happen?!
Serious, it was tremendously lovely meeting you yesterday Shell, and I really appreciate the fact that you drove so far to get to the demo. I was tickled with the bread you gave me - you did not have to do that! It has all been just delicious. I'm making some grilled fish sandwiches with the French bread for dinner. Yum!
You be sure and write me if you have any other questions, or want to follow up with the yoga classes, or anything else.

I have not tried our lemon blueberry yet.... figured I'd cut it up tonight and get it all wrapped up for the work week. I did not get any more baking done this weekend, so that works out good.
I'm glad you liked it...... just know you had not been there yet...
It was WONDERFUL meeting both you and your hubby Will... you both are the greatest... and SO REAL!! I'll be playing with the cake again and getting a thermometer for my oven...so mine can taste as yummy as yours When Shane tried what I brought home...I had to tell him it was ok to say Heather's is better and not get in trouble
I will email ya... I'm still thinking about the yoga classes... I really would prefer a one on one.
Thanks again to you and Will for everything.....

God, I envy you!!! You don't know how badly I would like a foot long hot dog from Fred's Shanty in New London, CT, split and grilled with sauerkraut topping it. Oh, I would be in heaven, but in hell later on.
