Crock Pot Hot Dogs

This isn't really a recipe, just a cooking method. My favorite way to cook hot dogs is to grill them outside, but when that's not possible, here's how I make them:
Lay hot dogs in the bottom of a crock pot. Cook on High for 45 minutes (if the hot dogs are frozen, cook on High for an hour.) Open the hot dog buns slightly and lay them on top of the hot dogs. Reduce heat to Low and cook for 15 minutes.
The hot dogs come out plump and juicy and the buns are slightly steamed.
