Anybody got an easy, tasty recipe for turkey burgers? I did a search and only came up with a sloppy joe recipe. I have a BBQ to go to tomorrow and would love something to throw on the grill. Thanks!

Hi - I don't have a recipe on hand for this but if you have a favorite beef burger recipe, just sub ground turkey instead. And - very important - make sure that the ground turkey is ground white meat, no skin, only. A lot of times they grind up the skin, gristle, dark meat, etc. so the end result is far too high in fat. Look for a variety labeled fat free or low fat, or have a butcher grind just skinless white meat for you.

Like Heather said add the same things as you would with beef burgers. I add Season Salt, onions, and salt and pepper.
Also - for something related there is a recipe for Tuna Burger which are supposed to be excellent. You will probably have to do a search with no date limits to find it.
