Anyone have any suggestions for a safe and yummy B-day cake? My B-day is on Fri. and I am so tempted to just what the heck and have real cake but I think I should try and alternative and my husband told him to let him know! Thanks for the help!

For my birthday earlier this month I had an IBS safe carrot cake which turned out great!! I made it so I had nothing to worry about.

I made the Peppermint Fudge Cake from the cookbook for my dad's birthday and everyone loved it! My dad ate 3 pieces in one sitting!  It is really good. I omitted the extract from the glaze because it was minty enough already.
