Another Easy Sloppy Joes Recipe altered from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey or TVP 1 medium onion, chopped 3/4 cup V8® 100% Vegetable Juice * 1/4 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 hamburger rolls
Directions: COOK meat and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD vegetable juice, ketchup and Worcestershire. Heat through. Serve in rolls. Makes 5 sandwiches.
Tip: *Also delicious with Calcium Enriched V8® or 100% Vitamin A, C & E Healthy Request® V8®.

For the ground turkey, be careful that it's just ground white meat. Often they'll throw so much dark meat and skin in ground turkey that it's sky high in fat. ![](/messageboards/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif)
If you have to, you can always ask the butcher department in the grocery or health food market to grind skinless breasts for you.

Heather: Good point... you do have to be careful about the dark meat & skin.
Mags: About 1-1/2 cup dry.
