Another Easy Sloppy Joes Recipe altered from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey or TVP 1 medium onion, chopped 3/4 cup V8® 100% Vegetable Juice * 1/4 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 hamburger rolls
Directions: COOK meat and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD vegetable juice, ketchup and Worcestershire. Heat through. Serve in rolls. Makes 5 sandwiches.

For the ground turkey, be careful that it's just ground white meat. Often they'll throw so much dark meat and skin in ground turkey that it's sky high in fat.
If you have to, you can always ask the butcher department in the grocery or health food market to grind skinless breasts for you.

Heather: Good point... you do have to be careful about the dark meat & skin.
Mags: About 1-1/2 cup dry.
