I've made Cinnamon Zucchini bread, cornbread, brown sugar banana bread, and now the chocolate applesauce cake, all in a week and I LOVE them!!! So does my husband, and he's not super easy to please. And my father in law has requested TWO loaves of brown sugar banana bread. I'm practically addicted to bread, especially good, hearty bread (I don't go much for french, sourdough, etc), and these are fantastic recipes. Thanks so much!!

Sounds like I had better be trying these breads! I am excited about the banana bread. I tried adapting a recipe I had at home last week to make it IBS friendly and let's just say it didn't work!!

I am new to this site. Actually, my first time being on. It is such a relief to see that there are so many other people with the same situation that i have. The life with zelnorm and miralax. Bloating, the whole thing. Hard to talk about these things with your friends when they can not relate at all. Feels like these things control your life from one day to the next. Frustrating. Does it ever go away and becomre normal? Do you always have to have this going on in your life?

Welcome Gabby, and know that you are not alone! Check out the eating for IBS message board. There are some posts right up top for newcomers and quite a few discussions on Zelnorm and the like if you do a search.

Hopefully you'll be like me and start to slowly stabilize and be able to eat more and more. Heather's diet truly helps. Follow it. Good luck.
