I've always loved making breads and people have always loved them. They also act as a great home deodrizer and just remind you of home when you walk in. We've always loved zucchini bread and was happy to see that Heather's version tastes exactly the same pre-IBS. I finally made the banana last night and it's delicious and well, the pumpkin-apple spice is still my favorite.

I just have to say, that i'm new to this diet and I LOVE IT. It has helped me so much..I've been making a new bread recipe almost everyday..i'm eating the lemon sticky bread right now. They are fast and delicious. I even tried the double decker sweet potatoe pie for dinner guests, I had to give out the recipe to everyone and there were no leftovers. Heather...your a blessing!
