If cocoa powder is safe, this recipe is to die for!!

Chocolate Icing:
1 c powdered sugar 2T cocoa powder 2T hot water 1/2 t vanilla
Mix together. I used this as an icing for my oatmeal cookies. OMG!! So good!

If it's unsweetened cocoa (like Hershey's) there is no dairy and it's perfect for baking. Solid chocolate is a trigger for IBS due to the high fat content - cocoa powder has had the fat removed, and, as a bonus, the caffeine in chocolate is tied to the fat, so there's almost zero caffeine in cocoa powder as well.
Thus the fabulous chocolate cakes that are possible for IBS!

I added a scoop of hershey's cocoa powder to my morning protein shake and it tasted great!
