Can anyone tell me if these products are IBS safe? I'm leaning toward no, but wondering what others think.

Their website lists the ingredients for their products - protein bars, protein shakes and powders.

I looked through a few of the things - the soy shake powders look fine, there's no dairy or fructose. The bars look bad - the fat content is low but there is dairy. The soy crisps are good but avoid the ranch flavor - it has dairy.
