I love this for summer! If you can get to Chinatown in the summer they'll have small pale orange "champagne" mangoes which are just fabulous for this salsa. I like to have it with guacamole and the smoky black bean dip with baked corn chips for dinner. Fast and easy finger food!

Try the Asian/Hispanic markets on Jackson, right side of the street as you come up from Pioneer Square and get into the Little Saigon area. Also Rising Produce market, which is on the street just one block south of Jackson, might still have them. Actually, any of the Chinatown produce markets are likely to have them - there are several right on Jackson. Uwajimaya might too, but they're a lot more expensive (such a cool place though!) They'll probably have fresh lychee and longan fruits too, which are wonderful treats.

I don;t think I could handle the jalapeno's but probably everything else. The hummus has haunted me all day and I am not sure if it was the tahini or the beans...I think I will make it without.
When I was at the grocery store yesterday and Arabic man helped me (what a super nice guy!) and in his country they use the tahini in their hummus. I just don't care for it.
