a apple small onion 1lb lean minced chicken 1 tbsp each of grated ginger/garlic and lime zest 4ybsp fresh chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste low cal spray oil
peel,core and grate the apple and chop the onion, place in a bowl with the minced chicken,garlic,ginger,lime and herbs - season well then using fingers mix thorourly to combine. shape mixture into burgers and chill for 2/3 hours.
preheat oven to 180 deg c or 350 deg f place burgers on tray spray with low cal oil bake for 25 mins or until browned!!! yummmmy

Yeah, I'm working on that right now. My goal is publication by Christmas, but I've got to wrap up several other projects first so unfortunately it's on the back burner right now.
