Last night I fixed a Shrimp dish and banana cake with
coconut topping for diner, found the recipes on this site.
Both were a hit with me and my husband!! I have IBS, not
as severe as some people, but still frustrating till I
found this site. Hubby likes to try our "adventures in
eating" as he calls it. I feel so much better and have
even lost some weight by using the eating plan listed here.
Thank you to everyone for submitting the recipes. This
is the highlight of my day checking to see what is new.

What a really nice post - thanks for sharing that! Glad to hear that you've had such success with the recipes, and that's fantastic that your hubby is not only supportive, but enthusiastic about it.  Hope you are well too! Happy eating!
