I have read your book a couple of times now and I always pick up on new ways to better the symptoms. I was wondering if you could give me an idea of what brands are better than others. ie. bread, soy milk, pasta, etc.
Also is it safe to eat brown rice - I thought that it was insoluble fiber?
Regards
Patricia

PS. Thank you so much for a wonderful book

If you search the boards, with no time limits on posts, you will find TONS of posts about people's favorite brands of bread, soy milk, other soy products, snack foods, and more.

Brown rice does have some insoluble fiber. It tends to be one of the most tolerable whole grains, but not everyone can handle it. If you can, that's terrific. If you can't, try adding it to white rice and see if that helps.
