First question is can we have fat free frozen yogurt ex. McDonald's or TCBY. Second question is, is anybody familiar with Hain's products I had the red rasberry low fat breakfast bars and they were AWESOME!!!! Hope everyone is feeling well! Thanks!

Hi - The fat free frozen yogurt is still dairy - no matter what even if it's lactose free, it will still have dairy proteins like casein and whey. If you can tolerate the proteins you may be okay with a fat free dairy product, at least in small quantities, but be cautious. Most people don't tend to do very well with this.

Not familiar with the Hains bars...
