good morning everyonE: I have two questions, one for heather and one for mags. Heather; In the buttermilk pancake recipe it calls for soy milk. Where does the buttermilk come in or does the soy milk replace the buttermilk. Mags; IN your applesauce pancake recipe you say to use whites or egg beaters instead of the egg replacER. How many whites do you use?

Louise - I would use 1 egg white or 2 T. of All Whites/Egg Beaters.

Hi Louise - The soy milk (plus the vinegar, which sours or "clabbers" the soy milk) is replacing the buttermilk.
