The birthday dinner was VERY nice. He had duck and I had salmon. The restaurant was very pretty. We even wangled a table upstairs in the nicer room, because a lady sat next to us wearing too much perfume which triggered my chemical sensitivities. My sweetie pie prince simply said to the host, "Could we please move, that woman's perfume is making my wife ill." And it was no problem. Sometimes I just can't believe how well he GETS IT!

Today is rainy so I'm a little achy, but I ALREADY went for a 5 min walk this morning. IN THE RAIN!!! I'm astonished at myself. I usually totally rationalize my way out of things like that! (I'm am THE world champion rationalizer and procrastinator. Next to me all of you are TOTAL amateurs!!)

No migraine, YAY. Gonna spend the day working on projects around the house. Genealogy, jewelry drawer, reading. I need to make a couple phone calls too. But the first step is to get myself AWAY from the computer!! I just have a few posts left to read then I'm OUTTA here!

Later!

Aren't chemical sensitivities the worst??? I have severe allergies and chemicals just kill me. Orange smelling cleaners and air fresheners are some of the worst. Would you believe that my allergist's office cleaning staff starting using one of those cleaners? I'm in there two times a week to get allergy shots (two shots each for a total of four a week). I complained many times to the office staff about the orange cleaner bothering me. Finally I talked to the head of the allergy department and they didn't even realize that the company had switched cleaners. You would think that they would understand those types of things. They even have signs posted in the waiting rooms asking people not to wear colognes or perfumes due to other people's sensitivities. They just didn't think about the cleaners. Sometimes people are so clueless! Glad you had a nice evening celebrating! Hope you are feeling well!

Thanks, PammySue. Yeah, it's unbelievable the things that bother me! Even cooking odors! I swear I'm going to go live in a bubble somewhere!

The walking thing - I saw this coaster in a store the other day that said,
"Whenever I get the urge to exersize, I lay down and wait for it to go away".
That cracked me up!
Glad dinner went well!
