Please help - IBS Newsletter received more than once?

Hi - As many of you know, I'm trying to find a good email publisher for the IBS Newsletter. I just switched to a company that is supposed to be top-notch, but several people have told me they received multiple copies of the newsletter that went out Tuesday, October 7. This is a really serious mistake, and I'm trying to find out if other people had this happen to them.
So, if you got more than one copy of the newsletter, or had any other problems with it, please reply here to let me know. I really appreciate everyone's feedback. If people don't tell me there's a problem, I don't know about it, and then I can't fix it.

I don't know if this a problem or not but I am getting the newsletters sent to two of my email addresses. I didn't check it this last time but in the past the newletters I received, at the one email, could not be read. I haven't been sure what I should do.
I just checked and it did come in correctly now. Obviously I don't use that one often. What would be the best way to take that one off you list?

Down at the bottom of the newsletter, it will read something like 'To unsubscribe, click here'. Just do that to the one that comes to the email you don't want anymore.

Thanks. I posted the reply before I checked my email. I can do that now but the newsletters in the past were illegible so I couldn't unsubscribe. I went looking for a couple times but couldn't find it. I got in the habit of deleting them.

so you should have received a copy (one, not two or three or six!) I don't know why you didn't - so sorry. You can get the newsletter where it's archived here web page
