I had two organic eggs AFTER I had my supplement but they still went through me, even after a bowl of rice porridge. I wonder if they would work better without the yolks even though they are ORGANIC EGGS?

Hi Louise - Yes, you need to avoid egg yolks altogether. It doesn't matter if they're organic, it's the high fat content that's the trigger. Stick to just egg whites, organic or otherwise, to be safe.

thanks Heather: NEXT TIME I will try the eggs with just the whites, also, the equalican says to take the pills with meals. my lunches, for example are usually sandwiches with french bread or sourdough and I wonder if thst would be too much with the supplement because my stomach gets to feeling uncomfortable and tight. On the other hand I wonder if it could help quelch my appetite a bit if they are like foods, filling enough. I wonder if that might help with weightloss as well.
