Celestial's Chamomile tea is very tasty, I put one sugar and it is delious! It isn't strong at all, it has a very light taste.

I'm pretty sure it's senna, which is the same type of laxative as aloe, and it can cause all sorts of serious harm to your gut. Check the past newsletter article on the dangers of aloe - they apply to senna too - it's here in the news section of the site aloe

This is the part that worries me "Senna's laxative action is largely attributed to its anthranoid content."

It's the anthranoids that cause all the problems - the whole newsletter article is about that. I actually just learned this really recently about the aloe - I'd always heard horrible things about senna, but didn't realize that aloe was in the same drug class.
