Hey All, Did any of you see the report on King 5 News (Seattle) about the affects of foods containing High Fructose Corn Syrup? It was pretty interesting. It was suprising to me to check a few labels around the house and see just how much had this unnatural sweetner. Studies are starting to link its use with the rise in IBS cases. More studies to come.
