ibs and diabeties

i have recently been told by my gi specialist that i have ibs.i am also a diabetic and i am new to this site and i was wondering if someone could give me some pointers or help on dealing with ibs and diabetes at the same time from a diet stand point.

Heather has a whole section on it somewhere. Click on Home then search there. Maybe someone else can find the site for you. It's not hard to adapt from what I remember.

just click on the "IBS Diet and Recipes" link to your left and you'll see the subnav link at the top of the page for the IBS Frequently Asked Questions. Also, search the boards as this subject has come up a lot.
