I have a question about poultry and seafood.

I have been eating chicken breasts that are boneless and skinless like they are out of style. I would love to have some variation in what I can eat.

What type of turkey meat should I get? I get the Tysons boneless, skinless chicken breasts and they don't bother my stomach.

Any advice would help! Thanks for your support!

I would try all types of turkey; it seems to be more mild than chicken. Also try Orange Roughy and Salmon; those are 2 yummy fishes....

I eat Flounder, Trout, and Catfish. I usually bake or broil them. I hope to grill them soon with a gas grill. I usually just sprinkle seasonings on them and put them in the oven.

For turkey, just follow the same rule as for chicken - skinless white meat only. You can also get ground chicken or turkey (check the label to make sure it's very low fat, or have a butcher grind skinless white meat for you) and use it in recipes that call for ground beef.

Any kind of seafood is IBS safe - I love getting salad shrimp, the tiny little ones that are already cooked, and throwing them in pasta or even on homemade pizza. Or I make shrimp salad sandwiches with fat free mayo and some fresh herbs, maybe a bit of mustard or cocktail sauce.
