These Equalactin pills are huge! I am not a big fan of chewables. Has anyone tried to cut them and swallow them> Eeech....

Hey Rachel,
I am not ENTIRELY positive, but I am pretty sure you hafta chew 'em. I have never taken them before, but I read about them on the internet and I think I remember reading that you have to chew before swallowing. I am on some tablets now from the doc that I have to chew and it is not so nice (tastes like strawberries, my @$$! It hasn't been THAT long since I've had strawberries!) but it's worth it, they seem to be helping bind my BMs together so the D is at least not liquid.
Maybe someone else will know for sure, but that's my not-so-humble opinion.

i don't find them objectionable, though. however, i know we're all different.
i am going to wager that it's best to chew them-- to help them on their way digestively speaking. i'm sure there's a reason they're chewables instead of tablets....

they're very mildly flavored, and they also dissolve very quickly as you chew. Have a glass of water right afterward and the whole thing will be gone very quickly.

They actually REALLY don't taste that bad.. infact they are one of the best medicin"y" types i've had to eat.. try them they aren't so bad.
