I've done well with soy yoghurt, soy cheese, baked tostitos and rice milk - haven't tried skinny corn chips, but as long as they are low in fat, it all sounds good to me.

The skinny corn chips are awesome! Can we have peach soy yogurt because I was wondering about the fruit?

Well, everyone's tolerance is different. I haven't had any trouble with fruit yoghurt, but if you are worried, take a soluble fiber supplement before you eat the yoghurt, so there is a good stable base in your tummy.

Sounds good! Peaches are a good fruit for IBS - the insoluble fiber is in the skins, which are easily removed.
