I was going to buy some chewable fiber tabs to take with me instead of the powder acacia for take-out, and noticed Sorbitol was the second listed ingredient. I thought this was a serious IBS trigger, so I didn't buy them. Am I missing something? I thought Benefiber was a good thing. Guess I'll just keep the powder on me at all times.

Nice catch! I tried those a while ago without checking the label. I assumed they'd be the same as the great powder. They're TERRIBLE!! I hate those nasty things, and now I know why I felt sick after using them. Thanks!

Yeah, Benefiber chews stink. I love the Benefiber powder, so I thought nothing of it. The next day I had IBS again with just chewing 3 of those little nasty buggers. I gave mine to my brother who has no problems, but needs fiber. I'm going to load up on the powder or Fibercon.
