I found out there is no dairy in Cap'n Crunch weeks ago but forgot to post up a message saying there isn't dairy in it. I'm sure glad there isn't. It's really good.

Just a quick question...
I was so happy to hear this was another safe cereal, but I looked at the box and it says there is non-fat dry milk and whey in it. Are either of these triggers? I just wanted to make sure before I scarfed down a bowl! Thank you!

Oh Amanda.... that is not good news!! The guy at Capt Crunch said there was no dairy!! Well, I will email him again....
I would hold off then if those are triggers for you.
