Im abit new to the IBS diet (3 months or so) and i'm having trouble breaking my cycle. Ive gon fairly well on the diet for a month, with a few things slightly done wrong and im still adjusting it. What im not using is a soluable fibre supplement. I just wanted to know if Slippery elm was one?

Thanks
