I'm getting tired of having tea or water with acacia powder. So I was wondering if I can use something else like cranberry juice or soy milk? I'm starting to enjoy the variety in my diet that I can now tolerate thanks to the acacia powder!

I don't see why not! It's liquid and there for it should work the same as an other beverage!! I put mine in my little cup of applesauce. That works good too! So I say go for it!!

Whatever you prefer!

It will dissolve into any moist food from the moisture in those foods. If you sprinkle it on dry foods it won't dissolve. You don't necessarily need to drink a glass with the moist food and Acacia, though it won't hurt. Acacia needs water in your colon to work, like all soluble fibers, but it will not thicken in the glass or your mouth the way Metamucil and such will, so there is no choking risk. As long as you're drinking plenty of water throughout the day, you don't have to have a glass of water if the Acacia is in your food.
