I noticed that they had White Flour at the HFS and I guess it's bleached wheat flour (all-purpose) at the store. Whats the dif and does it matter which ones I can eat?

Fressy, I'm pretty sure they're the same. The flour in the grocery store is marked all-purpose to distinguish it from a more finely milled white flour that is used specifically for cakes.
You should be fine with either one.

Hi - you can actually get all purpose flour that is bleached or unbleached. I prefer unbleached since the bleaching is not necessary and the whole idea of bleaching food gives me the heebies.

I'm almost certain they're exactly the same, just different terms.
