I am new. I have been reading the posts for a few days, looking at receipes etc. I have had IBS for years but recently was told that is what I have. I am taking Levbid. I bought Eating for IBS that Heather wrote had it about a month great book I love it, alot of good info. I read it everyday and use it. I bought the first year as well. Heather you are great. Dr's just don't tell you much they say eat fiber. Mine told me to count my calories and add more to whatever I came up with at the end of the day. I am underweight. This is great I am glad I found it. :D
