Hi ALL; this is for anyone who can answer this.Does anyone eat french bread or sourdough bread with acacia? I can't imagine having the acacia on its own without soluble foods IE ,bread, but my stomach feels awkward with both. I realize I may justneed to get used to the acacia and then it will be ok. open to ideas.

I usually take my acacia in the morning when I wake up and then before I have dinner. Both times, empty stomach. It doesn't seem to bother me. Actually, it may just be psychological, but my stomach always seems to feel better right after I take it.

Louise - the whole point of Acacia, and any other soluble fiber supplement, is that it is adding to the soluble fiber foods you're eating to keep your gut stable. You're supposed to take Acacia on an empty stomach. You can also take it with food if you like, but you certainly don't have to. It will work like soluble fiber foods to keep you stable.

hI annmarie; I wonder if it would be better that way to take it before meals, rather than with melas. Or is it another case of personal trials.
